Job Summary :

RCC is looking for an experienced Construction Safety Supervisor to oversee the implementation and operations of our Project Safety, Health & Environmental Program. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, conduct training and inspections, and lead our safety efforts to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage project safety programs, conduct site inspections, and investigate accidents
• Develop and conduct training sessions, new hire orientations, and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA Construction Standards, federal, state, and New York City safety and environmental regulations
• Identify hazards, develop corrective actions, and implement site-specific safety plans
• Complete reports on jobsite inspections and maintain accurate records
• Lead and manage safety teams, fostering a culture of safety excellence
