Essential Job Duties :
The Graduate Registered Nurse (Graduate RN) will be guided with an education and training plan with collaborative follow up in order to meet the standard of excellence for a Registered Nurse (RN) position.
The Graduate RN is directly supervised by a RN who is present on the unit. The Graduate RN, under direct supervision, develops increasing skills and knowledge in their ability to provide independent safe patient care by the end of their orientation or residency program.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Experience : Must not have any previous RN experience
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduated of Accredited RN School of Nursing required within 1 year from the start of the program / BSN / MSN Preferred
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- Current BLS AHA certification.
