A global hospitality company is seeking an Associate Director, Media & Analytics to who will

be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive media and analytics strategies across paid advertising, social media, direct mail, email, and customer segmentation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive media and analytics strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, integrating paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and email initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and implement best practices to enhance effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing strategic insights and regular updates to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to track KPIs and measure the success of all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the paid media team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of marketing plans.
  • Oversee and optimize the media and analytics budget across all channels.
  • Evaluate new and existing media opportunities, negotiating proposals, and presenting strategic options to senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data integration and utilization across marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of promotional offers, ensuring effective communication through appropriate channels.

Experience :

  • 6+ years of senior-level analytics roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including running a department
  • Experience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience in setting a vision, roadmap, and developing recommendations based in data.
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Passionate about performance marketing and data
  • 3 years of Marketing experience and knowledge minimum.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
  • Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
