About Team :

Our Information Security team is searching for an experienced IoT / OT practitioner to join our team and continue our mission of securing a large scale and diverse businesses environment.

As an IoT / OT Staff Systems & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be for ensuring the security and compliance of IoT / OT systems and devices across the enterprise.

Additionally, the role will be responsible for providing guidance to other teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do :

• Implement security controls and best practices for IoT / OT systems and devices, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, logging, patching, etc.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance design patterns, support build and deploy scenarios, and enable operation team success.
• Collaborate with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing teams to identify risks, findings, and remediations across the IoT / OT landscape.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the security and compliance of IoT / OT systems and devices, and provide training and awareness as needed.

What you'll bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT experience, with knowledge of implementing and operating platforms at scale
• CISSP Certification or similar security accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with IoT / OT protocols, standards, and platforms, such as MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA, Azure IoT, etc.
• Experience with IoT / OT devices, sensors, and hardware, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLCs, RTUs, etc.
• Experience with security tools and frameworks, such as Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP, etc.
• Experience with cloud and network technologies, such as GCP, Azure, TCP / IP, VPN, etc (certifications preferred)
• Background & experience with security regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to leverage skills and experience to educate and build consensus amongst stakeholder community
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
• CISSP Certification or similar security accreditation preferred.

Reston, Virginia US-07759 : The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735 : The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 4years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Option 2 : 6 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Preferred Qualifications...

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 2 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
