- Assist patients in improving their movement and managing pain.- Work with patients to develop personalized care plans based on their specific needs.
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education sessions as required.
