Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation
• Admission to New Jersey is required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities :

As a Litigation Associate / Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases alongside some of the most talented attorneys in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

• Conducting research and analysis on legal issues
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
• Assisting with trial preparation
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy
