Cashier - OUTLET - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Full-time)

Position Summary :

This position is responsible for quick, efficient, and accurate ringing at the point of sale by providing quality customer service in support of Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values.

• Store Operations : Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner
• Customer Service : Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs : Provides a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety : Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Job Pay & Perks :

• Typical Starting Pay Range between $12.60 - $18.08 / hr

• A typical full-time schedule is 35-40 hours per week and requires :
• Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week; and
• Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.

Prior Experience & Education :

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
