What does a Pinnacle Home Health LPN do?

As a Home Health Nurse for Pinnacle Home Care, you will travel to a patient’s home to administer services and provide a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient. Some tasks include :

Providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)

Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care.

Responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual’s nursing experience and educational preparation.

Timely completion of patient documentation

Qualifications :

Current State LPN or LVN License

IV Certification

Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.

Has one (1) year of nursing experience. Community / home health or medical / surgical experience is preferred.

Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.

Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.

Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.

Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured per the organization's requirements.
