Product Manager

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team in Dedham, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on an innovative fintech product.

As a Product Manager at FundGuard, you will :
- Define and build a product from early stages, with an opportunity to make an impact on the product and company
- Work with customers and subject matter experts to understand needs and design product solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to solve complex product challenges
- Own major areas of the product; from roadmap planning and requirements definition, through execution, launch and customer feedback collection
- Drive roadmap execution, work closely with R&D to manage priorities and trade-offs in an agile environment
- Spearhead strategic product initiatives to expand the FundGuard platform and address evolving customer needs
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS B2B data product
- 3+ years of experience working in the financial markets domain
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and drive complex product flows
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while handling ambiguity and working independently
- Ability to come to be in-office in Dedham, MA 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Experience with investment management or fund administration technologies
- Previous technical role (e.g., software developer, QA engineer, business analyst)
