Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our facility.
Your primary focus will be on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gear boxes, low voltage electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical components.
You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the efficiency of our food processing operations.Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, and gear boxes.
Troubleshoot and resolve low voltage electrical issues.Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Qualifications : Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a food processing or similar industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gear boxes, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting.Proficient in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
