About The Position

ID : 49904248 Shift : 13 week contract 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM. 3x12-hr shifts per weekEvery other weekend (Saturday and Sun Description : Job Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

• Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient s needs.-Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patient s problems or needs, the physician s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.-Manages care of patients.-Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and / or clinical priorities.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule Notes : 13 week contract 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM. 3x12-hr shifts per weekEvery other weekend (Saturday and Sunday night)No ON-Call requirements 2 years experience.

Willing to become skilled in accessing glucose levels. Weekend shifts included in three 12-hr shifts / week (6 shifts / 2 week periodSkills : Required Skills & Experience : -Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS / Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required.

Must have a strong MS / Tele background. RequiredTELE CERTIFIEDMED SURGAdditionalEducation : Required Education : -ASN.Preferred Education : -BSN.

Required Certifications & Licensure : -BLS must be AHA.-NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
