Key Responsibilities

Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance

Lead safety and environmental initiatives across plant operations.

Ensure projects comply with engineering, construction, safety, and environmental codes / regulations.

Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) action item resolution.

Lead investigations into safety- or process-related incidents.

Ensure compliance with recognized good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) related to process safety.

Support environmental compliance, including reporting, data collection, permitting, and inspections.

Project & Process Engineering

Plan, manage, and implement process improvement projects.

Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for plant modifications.

Specify equipment and materials to maintain plant reliability.

Prepare cost estimates and oversee procurement, acceptance, and installation of new equipment.

Provide troubleshooting support for operations and maintenance teams to resolve recurring issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and evaluate cost-effective process improvements.

Maintain safety, process, and technology documentation.

Manage small to medium-scale projects from start to finish.

Participate in an on-call supervisor rotation to support plant operations outside of regular hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).

5–8 years of related experience in a continuous manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.

Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
