As Abdo's Arizona team continues to grow, we are looking for an Office Manager to own the overall operation and coordination of office activities.
If your skillset thrives upon organization, coordination of meetings / events, networking, communication and support, this opportunity is for you! This role will also support our HR and IT teams with onboarding, marketing, and general recruiting efforts.
This is a great opportunity to implement processes and bring new ideas, while coordinating with our Minnesota based operations team.

Key responsibilities of the Office Manager include :
- Manage the general day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events, including venue booking, logistics planning, and follow-ups
- Actively participate in local networking events to represent our firm and foster relationships with potential clients and Partners
- Provide IT support by troubleshooting common issues in the office
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into our team
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote our firm’s services and brand
- Consistently share Arizona happenings with the firm
- Provide general HR support and support the hiring / recruiting process, as needed
- Assist with the firm's recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent by attending local college events and / or reaching out to specific programs
- Provide backup support to other administrative functions, as needed
- Serve as a liaison to our MN offices, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Ideal Office Manager candidate has :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related major preferred
- 3+ years experience in office management, preferably in a tax consulting or related financial services environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience in HR, hiring, and recruiting is a plus
