Responsibilities
Cross Sell : Engage with clients and find additional coverages and products that suit their needs. Client Interaction : Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a courteous and timely manner.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer issues to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Policy Support : Provide guidance on policy coverage, premiums, and options available to clients.
Workflow Coordination : Maintain organization and efficiency in processing customer requests and documents. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively assist customers.
Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all customer interactions.
