A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to manage customer interactions and service requests.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails, determining priority and category for service requestsProcess emergency management requests and escalate to appropriate leadership as neededProvide accurate information and follow-up with customers to ensure resolution of issuesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required;

Bachelor's degree preferredAbility to type 40 words per minute requiredExperience with Microsoft Office suite requiredExperience in a service-oriented field interacting with customers requiredExperience with a case management system preferred
