50 - $22.00 per hour Locations : We have Residential Group Homes and In-Home services throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Above all, we will uphold a tradition of service and caring for others. Job Summary : We are hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals! As a Direct Support Professional, you will help people with disabilities or mental health diagnosis on a variety of outcomes and goals.

Direct Support Professionals provide services in our residential group homes or in-home services. DSPs help with daily activities such as meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and attending appointments and medication administration. Requirements :

• To be at least 18 years old for employment within In-Home Services / Adult Group Homes and 21 years old for employment within Child Foster Care Homes.
• Successful clearance from a DHS background Study
• Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
• Experience with mental health and Autism is required for some positions.
• Experience providing personal care is required for some positions.
• Experience working with challenging behaviors (verbal and / or physical) is required for some positions.
