About This Role :
This position is responsible for assessing for referral to short term individual, couple, and group therapy; conducting initial assessments, intakes, and crisis sessions, providing referrals and bridging care to the community as needed;
consulting with students, faculty, and staff regarding mental health issues; and other tasks as requested by the Executive Director.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :
Minimum Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work (i.e. LMFT / LCMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.).
- One year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- One year post-graduate experience in the mental health field providing individual therapy.
- Experience in a university counseling center.
Other Requirements :
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
- Licensed or license eligible by the State of Kansas Behavioral Science Board.
- Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required.
