Our team of highly experienced physicians and caring, multilingual staff are dedicated to delivering personalized care to each patient, ensuring that their healthcare needs are met throughout their lives. Role : Salary : $220,000.00 - $240,000.00 Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations) 15-20 minutes with ea. patient Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups) Call : One week of Call once a year A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years. Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 1 a day = $14,300 a year Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually Benefits : Malpractice insurance will be paid by Community Medical Group Eligibility for enrollment into Community Medical Groups health and benefit plans : (Available on day one) UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level) Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid) Aflac - supplemental insurance (no contribution from employer). 401(k) plan with company matching.
