ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Marketing Associate for Wilson White State Farm, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency.
Your diversified marketing shapes our brands public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers experience, and strategically position our agency whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary Duties
Identify potential markets / prospects and test them extensively through weekly in-person meetings
Generate pipeline of prospects and leads for sales team
Establish referral relationships in the mortgage, real estate, and related industries through weekly in-person meetings
Secure weekly quota of sales quotes
Work collaboratively with Agent and sales team
Secondary Duties
Build brand awareness through social media outlets
Plan sales and advertising social media campaigns
Plan and execute engagement events including but not limited to, happy hours, charity drives, thank you events.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Marketing experience preferred
- Able to make presentations to potential customers
- Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
- Self-motivated
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Energetic and people-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
