Property Accounting Controller
Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is a recognized leader in the property management industry. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Property Accounting Controller at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX.

The selected candidate will have the ability to :
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports for Clients
- Confirming all reporting is completed in compliance with owners, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform Administrator duties in Real Page
- Lead, manage, coach, develop, and mentor staff
- Administer support and guidance for Accounting and Operations teams in reconciliation, analysis, and reporting of all financial activities
- Create and implement accounting controls, policies and procedures
- Review financial statements
- Daily management of the team's financial transactions
- Maintain details accounting records, including accruals and prepaids
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients
- Month end close process
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
Minimum requirements :
10+ years in a property accounting role is preferred
3+ year experience in managing personnel
Previous Real Page software experience highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in serving third party property owners
