Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Acquisition : Acquire and prospect tech candidates effectively through various channels. Conduct interviews to assess and qualify tech candidates for each role.
- Attracting a Diverse and High-Quality Tech Candidate Pool : Implement strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality pool of tech candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing tech talent.
- Candidate Management : Ensure tech candidates have an exceptional interview experience. Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates, guiding them through the entire interview process.
- Innovative Sourcing for Tech Candidates : Assess candidates' willingness and creativity in exploring innovative ways to source top candidates.
Build relationships with hard-to-reach tech professionals using unique sourcing strategies.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with tech candidates. Help candidates find the best opportunities for their skill sets with our clients.
- Lead Generation : Proactively gather leads. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify potential leads in the tech field.
- Hitting Weekly Metrics and Knowing Your Numbers : Consistently achieve weekly metrics, including outreach, interviews, and submissions.
Be fully aware of your KPIs and ensure performance is aligned with company expectations, driving results in line with Focus GTS’s core values of results and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in IT Staffing industry, with a track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated expertise in acquiring and prospecting tech candidates through various channels.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies, trends, and job roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially within the IT sector.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding recruitment targets in the field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize recruitment tasks effectively.
