Role Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and passionate ICT Special Education Teachers for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality and inclusive education, creating an engaging atmosphere, and contributing significantly to the academic growth of our students with special needs.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the school's curriculum.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt and modify instructional materials for students with special needs.
Employ various assessment strategies to gauge student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance and develop instructional practices within the special education department.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic and social-emotional development.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
State certification in Special Education.
Proficient knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and the ability to differentiate instruction for students with diverse needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
Experience :
Previous teaching experience, especially in special education, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and the integration of technology in special education.
