Commitment to safety and operational excellence. Education : High School Diploma or GED required. Experience : 0-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Licenses and Certifications : Eligibility to drive company light-duty and commercial vehicles is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop necessary skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bulk plant equipment.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and labeling delivered materials.
- Perform equipment maintenance, including blowdown activities, under supervision.
- Participate in safety meetings, complete safety observations, and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines.
- Assist with material loading into hoppers and equipment spotting at the bulk plant.
- Conduct valve alignment checks on bulk equipment with guidance.
- Adhere to quality assurance and control measures within the bulk plant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant.
- Complete required training, QHSE, and competency tasks related to the role.
- Assist in the transportation scheduling and acid blending processes, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
