Resumen

Misi f3n : Liderar y coordinar los procesos de desarrollo e innovaci f3n de productos farmac e9uticos, asegurando que el portafolio cumpla con los est e1ndares de calidad, normativas vigentes y expectativas del mercado, contribuyendo al crecimiento estratégico del laboratorio.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar el desarrollo de nuevos productos farmac e9uticos desde la concepci f3n hasta el lanzamiento.
  • Analizar y evaluar tendencias de mercado, necesidades de clientes y oportunidades de innovaci f3n en el portafolio.
  • Asegurar que los productos cumplan con las normativas sanitarias, certificaciones y est e1ndares de calidad nacionales e internacionales.
  • Coordinar y supervisar estudios de factibilidad, estabilidad, formulaci f3n y pruebas t e9cnicas de los productos.
  • Elaborar y mantener la documentaci f3n t e9cnica y regulatoria de los productos desarrollados.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de producci f3n, calidad, marketing y comercial para garantizar la viabilidad y el e9xito del lanzamiento de productos.
  • Gestionar proyectos de desarrollo con planificaci f3n de tiempos, recursos y presupuesto.
  • Brindar asesoramiento t e9cnico al equipo y proponer mejoras continuas en procesos y productos.
  • Capacitar y guiar al personal a su cargo en t e9cnicas de desarrollo y procedimientos internos.
  • Elaborar reportes de avance de proyectos y presentar resultados al equipo directivo o gerencial.

Requisitos

  • Formaci f3n en Farmacia o carreras afines con s f3lido conocimiento t e9cnico.
  • Experiencia m ednima de 5 a f1os en el sector.
  • Ingl e9s avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Habilidades en gesti f3n de proyectos, an e1lisis de mercado y trabajo interdisciplina
