Key Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

Analyze financial data and develop insights to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances to forecast future financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with departmental leaders to develop realistic and achievable budgets.

Perform ongoing forecasting to track financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

Operational Efficiency :

Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

Support the implementation of financial systems and tools that enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.

Strategic Planning :

Contribute to the development and execution of long-term financial strategies.

Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.

Assist in evaluating the financial impact of business decisions and corporate initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management :

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Assist in the management of financial audits and the implementation of audit recommendations.

Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operations and business activities.

Leadership & Collaboration :

Mentor and guide junior financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and drive organizational success.

Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.

Experience :

6 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a financial operations or corporate finance role.

Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Analytical Skills :

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

Communication Skills :
