We are delighted to partner with one of the best FS Firms in Boston to hire a Marketing Specialist to the high performing, talented marketing team!
The role of Marketing Specialist encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at optimizing all marketing endeavours.
This pivotal position involves managing various production tasks, including overseeing content and advertising asset trafficking, content management, social media management, email campaigns, compliance review processing.
By engaging with these functions, the successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to the breadth of marketing operations.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing materials and advertising assets compliance review process facilitation
- Facilitation of organic and paid social media post processing, trafficking, and results analysis.
- Administration and oversight of the firm’s content library
- Participation in the quarterly and annual materials data update process
- Execution of materials edits as needed.
- Managing the relationship with printing vendor(s) while maintaining accuracy of our materials
- Contribute to the website publishing and content management process.
- Assist with event planning and logistics to ensure all events run smoothly and the firm optimizes its experience.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client-side marketing or agency roles.
- Preferred experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Eloqua or Marketo is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and website CMS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill and translate data into executive-level reports
