Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Investigative Operations Division (IOD) who is responsible for pursuing the most dangerous and difficult fugitive investigations in the United States, assisting local law enforcement in locating and rescuing abducted and endangered children, and enforcing the Adam Walsh Act detecting and investigating violations of sex offender registration law) and the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act assisting state and local partners with locating missing children).
The Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) is a small branch within this division that supports these missions through case consultation (which includes a variety of types of products and actions) as well as the production of scientific research generating valid, reliable, and relevant insight that helps the division execute this mission more effectively, efficiently, and safely.
Must be a Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities :
- Collecting data from case files, as well as interviews with those involved in an investigation
- Designing databases or data collection tools survey instruments)
- Entering and validating data
- Assisting with the analysis of data (bivariate and multivariate analyses)
- Assist in the creation or review of research reports, briefs, studies, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations
- Presenting information on the BAU and Operational Research program
- Editing program documents and memos
- Maintaining core documents and other information related to the program
- Writing, validating, and executing STATA code to access, clean, compute, join, collapse, or otherwise use large administrative data (for research projects or to support ongoing investigations).
