Job Description : The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work as a member of the restaurant management team, assisting the Restaurant General Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the restaurant while abiding by the companys absolutes : strong leadership, embracing our people culture, always serving remarkable food and fantastic beverages, creating the perfect experience, maintain a sanitary, safe, and spotlessly clean restaurant.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager in this position will work side-by-side with the Restaurant General Manager by assisting in assessing the staff, recruiting staff members, training, developing and acting as a support system for all areas of the restaurant.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for always maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant and will make certain that the highest quality levels of products and hospitality are being met.

Qualifications :
The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have 1-3 years restaurant Management experience
The Assistant Restaurant Manager must possess exceptional communication skills
The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have desire to lead, coach and mentor
The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have passion for food, and consistently delivering a great guest experience
