About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : No minimum years of experience required;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : - Prescreen form filled out and attached- Resume attached- License verification attached- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior Job Description : New graduates are welcome to apply.
- SNF experience is preferred but not mandatory.- Candidates must complete and attach the prescreen form when submitting their application.
- Attachments required include a resume and license verification; applications missing these will be declined.- Conduct a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date and ensure results are available 48 hours before starting.
- Undertake a thorough credentialing process including background checks and various national searches, such as Federal Criminal, Multi-State Criminal, and Sex Offender searches.
- Perform a Social Security Number Trace and relevant health screenings such as 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon.- Complete additional state-specific background checks with fingerprinting included.
