Essential functions consist of (but not limited to) :

  • Maintain professional demeanor and act with integrity with all levels of the organization.
  • Provide primary support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership.
  • Plan and provide logistical support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating lunch meetings.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for communications, reporting, presentations and other various tasks (i.e. coordinate calendars and meetings, assembling presentations, documenting processes and knowledge sharing).
  • Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
  • Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.
  • Possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with the prime customer and supplier personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Ability - Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.

  • Problem Solving - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
  • Discretion / Latitude - Performs complex tasks and participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.

Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

  • Impact - Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
  • Experience in technical editing and writing and have strong writing and editing skills, including ability to manipulate usage and grammar.
  • Experienced in file configuration management.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Associate degree and minimum 7 years administrative support experience
  • Experience working with government customers
  • An active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • Understanding of government operations in accessing and processing SEIC / CAC / DBIDS / JIRA / CDRLVue Access
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Candidate must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur or similar)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree and 7 years administrative support experience
  • An active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to exercise good judgment while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur, Edge, or similar) with complex, frequently changing travel
  • Experience participating and hosting in-person and remote video teleconference meetings (such as MS Teams)

100% on-site, not a remote position. It is important the contractor maintains a professional demeanor and acts with integrity.

The Air Force Senior Director is on-site a minimum of 50% of the time. Contractor will be providing logistic support, scheduling meetings, managing calendars.

Strong office skills in office, presentation development, strong communication skills, must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.

Exposure to travel and expense reports is a plus as well.
