Full Time Ride Electrician - $32.00 - $33.50/hr.
Job Summary :
The Maintenance Department is currently seeking an experienced Ride Electrician with a working knowledge of the following :
Electrical code
Electrical mathematics
Solid State control devices
PLC Systems
This position falls under our agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge No.
947 and would be subject to the terms of the contract.
The ideal candidate must possess :
3-5yrs experience troubleshooting electrical systems, electronic and PLC equipment
Completion of an accredited trade school or four years of electrical experience with a strong maintenance background.
The ability to differentiate colors
Solid reading and verbal / written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records
The ability to handle multiple task / jobs
Excellent people skills
Solid computer skills various computer programs (Word, Excel)
Demonstrable communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking), and ability to keep accurate written records.
POSITION REQUIRES FULL AVAILABILITY TO WORK A VARIETY OF SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS, NIGHTS AND HOLIDAYS. CANDIDATE MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO CLIMB, CRAWL, LIFT, AND WORK FROM HEIGHTS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL ON RIDE STRUCTURES.
