Role Overview

Do you know how to inspire legacy industries to evolve, with innovative software? Can you help build trust with SEC-regulated businesses without boring them to tears? You might be the Senior Marketing Manager for us.

We're looking for an agile, experienced marketeer who can execute at pace as we prepare for post-Series A growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in SaaS startups and can move from strategy to delivery without missing a beat.

You'll own marketing across our highest-impact channels—ABM campaigns, customer storytelling, real estate industry events, and PR. You'll work with our existing contractors (events, design) and fractional strategic support, and we expect you'll bring in additional specialists as needed to build a scalable marketing engine that generates pipeline and drives revenue growth.

You must have deep experience in enterprise B2B marketing and be able to execute independently while collaborating closely with our commercial and product teams across New York and London.

What You'll Do

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Design and execute targeted campaigns for priority enterprise accounts

Partner with the commercial team on land-and-expand strategies

Create personalized content and outreach for key accounts

Customer Storytelling & Content

Turn compelling customer stories from clients like Boston Property Group and Curbline into case studies and testimonials that showcase real ROI

Build thought leadership content positioning Fifth Dimension as the AI company for real estate

Ensure messaging reinforces our core differentiator : secure, purpose-built AI with 98.49% accuracy

Events

Own strategy and ROI for our presence at 12-15+ annual real estate industry conferences (CREtech, NMHC, ULI, IMN, Realcomm, etc.) - from directing booth design, to developing relationships with event organizers, to tracking performance and optimising approach

Develop our community-building strategy and hosted events program, including curated gatherings for ICPs in key markets

Work with our events contractor who handles end-to-end execution and logistics

Marketing Operations & Reporting

Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting cadence

Implement lead tracking, attribution, and campaign performance systems

Build scalable processes and coordinate with contractors for execution support

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align marketing efforts with commercial team priorities and sales cycles

Partner with product team to ensure accurate representation of capabilities

Support customer success initiatives that drive retention and expansion

Required Experience & Qualifications

Must-Haves

5-7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focussed on legacy enterprise businesses

  • At least 3 years in execution-focused roles
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller, without a boring bone in your body
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Highly knowledgeable about enterprise B2B sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience with ABM campaigns and tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in early-stage, high-growth environments ($1-10M ARR range preferred)
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing metrics
  • Experience working with contractors, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Based in US with flexibility for 25-30% travel to events, client meetings and visiting UK office

Nice-to-Haves

  • PR and media relations experience with demonstrated ability to secure coverage in industry publications
  • Proven track record leading marketing at tier-1 events with measurable pipeline results
  • Real estate industry experience - an understanding of real estate workflows, key players, and industry dynamics (asset management, acquisitions, development, property management)
  • Experience preparing marketing functions for post-fundraise scale-up
  • Design sensibility and experience working with creative teams
  • Previous experience in seed / Series A marketing roles that scaled post-raise
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in enterprise contexts
  • Network within finance, real estate investment, or asset management
