As a Security Professional - - Residential Site - Full Time  in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help create a welcoming and secure environment. You will use computer or tablet systems as part of your daily responsibilities. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
