You'll collaborate with teammates across engineering, product, and even customers, ensuring that what we build truly solves real problems. This is an opportunity to make an outsized impact, both on the company's trajectory and your own growth.

What You'll Do

Build high-quality products fast , balancing speed and excellence.

Design and implement new features from scratch to advance our technical roadmap.

Collaborate closely with customers to ensure solutions align with their needs.

Raise the technical bar by contributing to scalable, maintainable, and performant code.

Influence engineering standards and culture as we expand and scale the team.

Recruit and mentor future engineers , helping grow the organization.

Continuously learn and evolve as the company rapidly scales.

Who You Are

Experience : 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Background : Worked at a talent-dense startup or fast-paced, product-driven company.

Cloud Knowledge : Exposure to or experience with cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).

Mindset : You thrive in 0-to-1 environments , moving fast and adapting quickly.

Skills We're Looking For

Hard Skills

Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python .

Experience deploying infrastructure in AWS .

Familiarity with backend systems, integrations, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL a plus).

Soft Skills

Ability to move fast and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, you take the initiative to solve problems.

Customer-first mindset with an eagerness to engage directly with users.
