Board Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

Everett Bone and Joint (EBJ), a division of Proliance Surgeons Inc., is a well-established 8 surgeon orthopedic surgery group in Everett Washington.

We are seeking a BC / BE fellowship-trained Hand Specialist to replace our retiring hand surgeon in his thriving practice.

Our current partners are all BC fellowship-trained. They range in age and scope of practice. Currently, we have expertise in sports medicine, foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity, spine, and adult joint reconstruction surgery.

Proliance Surgeons, Inc. is a surgeon-owned and managed corporation, consisting of more than 250 surgeons in the areas of Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Plastics, and OB / Gyn.

Proliance Surgeons operates Care Centers, ASCs, MRI centers, and Physical Therapy sites throughout the Puget Sound region.

While Proliance’ s size allows us to competitively contract with local insurance carriers, our physician ownership structure and local management result in relative autonomy at the Care Center level.

A new associate would be eligible for shareholder status in the corporation upon ABOS certification.

EBJ owns and operates an ASC and MRI facility. Our main office is in Everett and we run a satellite office 15 minutes away in Monroe.

A new associate would be placed on a partnership track with an opportunity for full participation in the ancillary services.

We admit patients to a single level 2 trauma hospital. The hospital, in collaboration with other community orthopedic surgeons, has developed a unique orthopedic hospitalist program for ED coverage.

Community surgeons serve as back up for the program while on call for ED. We share ED calls with our community colleagues.

We are compensated on a per diem basis for call. Call averages 1 : 9 for the group and 1 : 15 for the ED.

Everett is located approximately 20 miles north of Seattle, WA, providing residents with access to the culture and sophistication of city life along with many outdoor pursuits, including camping, hiking, fishing, crabbing, boating, and winter sports.

This area is unique in that one can attend the opera on Friday evening in Seattle, and drive 40 minutes to the mountains to ski on Saturday morning.
