Job Summary and Qualifications

R Our Nuclear Medicine Technologists perform tests for diagnosis and medical research. They prepare and give small doses of radioactive drugs (radiopharmaceuticals) to patients, then use high-level imaging equipment to record images of the radioactive material in the body. They collaborate with doctors, medical physicists, nuclear pharmacists, nurses and administrative staff to provide the best level of care. Must be registered with the ARRT or NMTCB or eligible for registry.

Must hold a current license with the

Kansas board of healing arts.
