Summary / Objective : Supervises hourly production staff to manufacture products; organizes and monitors work flow.
Essential Functions

Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
Provide communication, training and educational to staff with the help of SCM
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and customer requirements
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines

Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, sharpening equipment, shipping and receiving equipment, forklift.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
1.Associates Degree in Technology
2.3-5 years proven production supervision experience.
