Job Description : Project Manager

Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join

our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ground-up construction,

education, medical, and federal projects. Knowledge of tenant improvements (T.I.) within

retail or restaurant sectors will also be considered. The Project Manager will be responsible

for identifying and securing internal and external resources, managing client interactions,

overseeing schedules and budgets, ensuring safe execution of fieldwork, and delivering the

highest quality work product.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the quality execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely and professional

completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with expert oversight and proactive

confirmation and documentation of project progress.

Ensure all project aspects are performed in a timely, professional, and consistent

manner.

Promptly alert stakeholders of additional services or activities in advance of

execution.

Lead, direct, train, and coach a versatile workforce including full-time, part-time,

temporary, subcontractors, and cross-functional staff.

Develop order estimates / project budgets and ensure adherence to specified

performance standards.

Coordinate and supervise assigned project staff and subcontracted workers in the

field.

Prepare written reports and other documents necessary for the completion of

specific projects.

Train and mentor project staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and

excellence.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in developing and managing project estimates / budgets.
• Strong background in safety and quality practices and procedures in all work areas.
• Experience coordinating and supervising project staff and subcontractors.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive written reports and project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor project staff effectively.
