Job Description
Applicant will be responsible for all receivables and making sure that all customers are up to date with payments.
Applicant must have minimum of five years experience in the bookkeeping field. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and trainable to master software customized to the automotive parts industry.
Applicant must possess a high degree of honesty, must pay extreme attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and be flexible and able to multi-task.
Experience with HR responsibilities a plus but not required.
Other aspects of the job are :
Managing and processing PTO for employees.
Helping management with quotes for customers.
35-40 Hour work week.

We are a family owned and operated business with roughly 20 employees. We have been in business since 1948. Our Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
No Saturdays or Sundays! We give off all major holidays. The benefits we offer are health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation time.
