📍 Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

💰 Hourly Rate : $17.38 - 21.11 (based on position and tenure)

We're proud of our strong roots, dedicated team, and continued growth. Right now, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Swing Delivery Driver to join our dynamic crew!

🚛 What You'll Do :

Safely and efficiently run delivery routes, meeting or exceeding daily expectations

Load and unload products by hand or with a hand cart, including heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)

Navigate stairs, ramps, docks, and all types of weather conditions while on delivery

Develop a solid understanding of our product inventory and delivery processes

Communicate with warehouse and leadership teams on vehicle status, routes, and more

Support the warehouse team when not on the road : stock shelves, pick orders, assist with cleanup, and more

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery

✅ What We're Looking For :

1+ year of delivery experience or applicable background with 16' box trucks or vans

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math proficiency required

Clean driving record; must be insurable and able to pass a drug test

Dependable, punctual, and ready to work overtime as needed

7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Full-time position

💵 Pay Rates :

Rate 1 : $17.38 / hr → $19.31 / hr after 6 months

Rate 2 : $19.00 / hr → $21.11 / hr after 6 months

(This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement)
