Position Overview :

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales and business development, specifically within the railroad industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the railroad industry and its key players.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client and industry relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
