Field Operations Supervisor
Our client, a water and sewer authority in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to join their team!
This Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity has a salary starting at $80,000.
Must be available 24 / 7 and in inclement weather
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of a sanitary sewer conveyance system and water production / distribution system with wells, tanks, and interconnects
- Manage 6 person staff and outside contractors to effectively operate and maintain all facilities
- Lead preexisting team and accommodate the current culture while also seeking to optimize, train, and take ownership of the department
- Interact with customers, the public, developers, professional staff, and government agencies in a professional and problem-solving manner
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business
- Must have in-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic concepts, and applications
- Must possess (or the ability to attain in 1 year) PADEP operator certifications commensurate with Authority systems
