What's a typical day as a Sales Manager? You'll be :
- Coordinating the sales operations and leading the sales team.
- Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and resolving complaints.
- Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
- Working alongside the team to develop strategies to increase customer base.
- Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources to meet targets.
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships built on trust.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.
