We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects in the Raleigh area. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor field operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and junior staff.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
