Certification Details
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - As applicable by unit
- Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) - As applicable by unit
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - As applicable by unit
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) - Required for Behavioral Health & ER
- Tech Cert Verification - National as applicable for Sterile Processing Techs and RRTs
Job Details
- Specialty : Registered Nurse
- Resource Pool RN
- 13 weeks contract length
- 3x12 hour days, 7a-7p
- Traveler MUST be comfortable working ALL PCU and MS units.
- Staffing office reviews needs of the full hospital every 4 hours so RP nurses could be pulled / floated to another unit every 4 hours if needed.
- Patient Ratios : PCU 5 : 1, MS 6 / 7 : 1
- PLEASE SEND ALL RTO UPON TIME OF SUB
- Holiday RTO Requirement : Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving / Christmas / New Year).
Please ensure traveler's RTO does not cover more than one of these holidays.
Job Requirements
- Certs : BLS and ACLS required.
- I9 or attestation required.
- TIME SENSITIVE! Drivers License / State ID required within 48 hours of signing.
- E-Verify or attestation required.
- Residency Declaration Form required for candidates working on a compact license.
- AHA ONLY! ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP required as applicable by unit.
- TNCC, CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute, Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam as applicable to Profession / Specialty.
- State License Verification required
- Nursys verification required as applicable for RNs
- NIH Stroke Certification as applicable.
Schedule Information
- 3x12 hour days, 7a-7p
