What you will do :
- In-bound / outbound calls
- Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
- Selling products and services to existing customers
- Handle calls from over-flow
- Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.
What you bring :
- 2+ years of customer service
- 2+ years of call center experience, preferred
- 2+ years of office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation
- Computer / software knowledge a plus
