Base pay range

Role Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for acquiring and onboarding new accounts into Givebutter.
  • Partner with the VP of Growth to define the product strategy for the Growth pod.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to build onboarding experiences that drive activation and increase new account acquisition.
  • Analyze data and customer research to develop product experiences and experiments that improve activation and acquisition.
  • Lead experiments and new features from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-scale B2B SaaS or data-driven B2C environment with 100K+ MAUs.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, including cohort analysis, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Data fluency—comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets; Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking—able to connect product, marketing, and business objectives through data-driven decision-making.
  • Experimentation mindset—experience running A / B tests, pricing tests, and interpreting results.
  • Bonus : Background in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Performance Marketing.

  • Recruiter Screen : A 30-minute conversation to learn about your background, role, and alignment on expectations, values, and logistics.
  • Hiring Manager Interview : A deeper dive into relevant experience, skillset, and working style with the potential future manager.
  • Assessment (technical or non-technical) : Could include a live coding session, case study, or take-home project.
  • Values Interview : Conversation with team members about alignment with core values and leadership principles.
  • References : We contact a few references to understand your working style and impact.
  • Offer : If all goes well, we’ll move to the offer stage.
