Where you’ll be working
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
What You’ll Be Doing :
The Senior Manager, Field Inspection is part of a team responsible for inspecting successful delivery of high-priority initiatives for Straight Talk, Total Wireless, Verizon Prepaid, Simple Mobile, Walmart Family Mobile, and Tracfone in the Verizon Value CRO organization.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills as you will identify obstacles, provide detailed reporting and executive summaries, partner cross functionally with stakeholders to provide insightful / actionable recommendations, and devise action plans to improve execution at the frontline, ultimately improving performance.
This role will partner closely and cross functionally with multiple Brand & Distribution leads as well as Commercial / implementation, Marketing, Operations, and GTS teams across the Value Organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain store visit guidelines and checklist, by brand, by channel to ensure proper elements are being tracked and measured.
- Visit stores for all brands, in all channels, within an assigned territory as well as travel to other markets as needed.
- Inspect execution of Channel Readiness workstreams in alignment with the blueprint for growth VVO strategy.
- Build strong internal relationships with Channel Distribution partners to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze and summarize data to highlight successes and areas of opportunities.
- Deliver feedback to stakeholders in a digestible format.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for ways to improve frontline execution and participate in action planning sessions with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of operational objectives and principles to achieve goals.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling and well-supported executive presentations to communicate status updates at senior leadership meetings and governance reviews.
- Execute a formal post-mortem process with Action Plans to ensure key objectives are met for an iterative execution approach.
You'll need to have :
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Even better if you have one or more of the following :
- An MBA, or an M.S. in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
- Impeccable managerial skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.

C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $194,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule.
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
