Senior Accountant Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions Accounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableMonthly reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accountsGenerate monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance SheetsPrepare P&L forecasts, cash flow projections, and trend reportsEnsure accuracy and maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor management
- Act as a liaison with the CPA firm and PEO
Senior Accountant Qualifications :
- Preferred degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, project accounting preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication and collaboration skills
