Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Oversee kitchen inventory and manage food costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to innovate and introduce new dishes.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Knowledge of inventory management, food cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
