Our well known client is looking for a driven and passionate Sous Chef to support their culinary operations at an Asian concept and help lead their restaurant to the next level.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning and food preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Oversee kitchen inventory and manage food costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to innovate and introduce new dishes.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
